申請刪除帳戶

1. 點樣刪除帳戶

App 內刪除：打開 IP Life，進入「我的」，按「刪除帳戶」，閱讀提示後按畫面確認。

如你無法登入或已刪除 App，可以電郵至 info@iplife.ai 提出申請。

2. 電郵申請需要提供

為免其他人冒認你刪除帳戶，支援團隊需要核實身份。請提供：

• 登記電話號碼（連國家或地區號碼）或登記電郵。
• App 內顯示名稱或暱稱（如有）。
• 可以聯絡到你嘅姓名及電話。
• 確認句子：「本人確認申請永久刪除上述 IP Life 帳戶及相關資料。」

3. 刪除後會發生咩事

身份核實及申請獲確認後，個人檔案、登入資料、AI 對話及語音紀錄、系統收件匣訊息同個人設定會被刪除。

• 未使用嘅對話積分會清空，唔設退款。
• 刪除帳戶唔會自動取消 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 訂閱；請先喺手機訂閱設定取消自動續訂。
• 電郵申請會喺完成身份核實後 7 個工作天內處理，完成後會發出確認。
• 法例要求保留嘅付款交易編號及財務紀錄，會保存至法定審計期完結。

Account & Data Deletion Request

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Review what will be deleted and how remaining credits and subscriptions are handled before continuing.

1. How to Delete Your Account

In the App: open IP Life, go to “Mine”, select “Delete Account”, read the confirmation, and follow the on-screen steps.

If you cannot sign in or have removed the App, email info@iplife.ai to submit a request.

2. Information Required for an Email Request

To prevent unauthorized deletion, the support team must verify your identity.

• Registered phone number, including country or region code, or registered email address.
• Display name or nickname used in the App, if any.
• Current contact name and phone number.
• The statement: “I confirm my request to permanently delete the above IP Life account and related data.”

3. What Happens After Deletion

After verification and approval, profile information, sign-in data, AI chat and voice records, inbox messages, and personal settings will be removed.

• Unused conversation credits will be cleared and are non-refundable.
• Deleting the account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel automatic renewal in your device subscription settings first.
• Email requests will be processed within 7 business days after identity verification, followed by a confirmation notice.
• Payment transaction IDs and financial records required by law will be kept until the applicable statutory audit period ends.
