1. 服務簡介及 AI 性質聲明

人工智能技術：本 App 提供以 AI 為基礎的聊天機械人對話服務，涵蓋佛學與禪修、財經資訊，以及日常與大灣區生活等範疇。

資料只供參考：所有 AI 聊天機械人回覆均由演算法產生，可能包含錯誤、偏見或不準確資料。所有對話內容只供一般參考及娛樂，不構成專業意見。

2. 特定範疇聲明

財經資訊：本 App 的財經聊天機械人並非持牌財務顧問，其提供的資料不應視為投資建議。作出任何決定前，請先諮詢專業人士。

3. KOL 聲音權利及知識產權

禁止侵權：未經許可，你不得使用 AI 複製技術擷取、複製、製作衍生作品，或以商業方式使用本 App 內任何 KOL 的聲音、肖像或內容。

4. 第三方廣告及合作服務

廣告展示：本 App 可能載有合作品牌的廣告。這些服務由第三方獨立營運，本公司不會就該等服務承擔責任。

6. 帳戶終止及刪除

你可隨時提出刪除帳戶要求。帳戶會先進入 14 日待刪除期；如你違反本條款，我們保留暫停或終止你使用服務的權利。刪除 IP Life 帳戶不會自動取消 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 訂閱。

7. 點數及月費會籍

香港推出時的目前商品為 60 點（HKD 18）、200 點（HKD 58），以及每月 800 點的自動續期月費會籍（HKD 188）。實際價格、稅項、貨幣及供應地區以 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 購買頁為準。點數沒有現金價值，不可轉讓或兌現。

每一個成功、有效及未撤銷的 Store 訂閱期只會派發一次每月 800 點；該批點數在相應 Store 訂閱期完結時到期，未使用點數不會結轉。取消自動續期通常不會即時終止已付款的當期權益；退款、撤銷、拒付或購買失效可令相關權益及未使用點數被撤回。

「恢復購買」只會恢復由 Store 確認仍有效的可恢復權益，不會重複派發同一訂閱期的點數。退款、付款及續期爭議按相應 Store 規則及適用消費者法律處理。

8. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，本公司不會就你使用本 App 而引致的任何損害承擔責任。

9. 適用法律及司法管轄權

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議均須交由香港法院專屬管轄。

3. KOL Voice Rights & Intellectual Property

5. User Code of Conduct

You agree not to use this App to input any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others, and not to attempt to attack system security.

6. Account Termination & Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time. The account first enters a 14-day pending-deletion period. If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the service. Deleting an IP Life account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

7. Points and Monthly Membership

Current Hong Kong launch products are 60 points for HKD 18, 200 points for HKD 58, and an HKD 188 auto-renewing monthly membership granting 800 points per successful Store subscription period. Store-localised prices, tax, currency and availability are authoritative. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Each successful, valid and non-revoked Store subscription period grants 800 points once. Those points expire when the corresponding Store subscription period ends and do not roll over. Cancelling auto-renewal normally does not end a paid current period immediately; a refund, revocation, chargeback or invalid purchase may remove the related entitlement and unused points.

Restore Purchases restores only a restorable entitlement that the Store confirms is still valid. It does not grant the same subscription-period points twice. Refund, payment and renewal disputes are governed by the applicable Store rules and consumer law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this App.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
