3. 對話內容及私隱保障（不披露原則）

不出售資料：我們絕不會把你的個人資料出售給任何第三方。

廣告及外部連結：本 App 可能載有合作品牌的橫額廣告及第三方服務連結。當你按下橫額並進入第三方平台後，該平台不受本私隱政策約束；請查閱相關第三方的私隱政策。

5. 刪除帳戶及資料保留

刪除資料：完成刪除帳戶程序後，你的個人身份資料及歷史對話紀錄會從我們的營運資料庫徹底刪除，或轉為無法還原的匿名資料，並不再保存於公司系統內；法律及規例要求保留的審計紀錄除外。

3. Dialogue Content & Privacy Protection (Non-Disclosure Principle)

Data Model Training: Unless we have obtained your explicit consent or have processed the data through strict "De-identification/Anonymization," we will not use your private conversations for public model training or third-party sharing.

No Sale of Data: We will never sell your personal data to any third party.

Advertising & External Links: This App contains banner ads from partner brands and links to third-party services. When you click on such banners to enter third-party platforms, you are no longer bound by this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of such third parties.

Legal Requirements: We will only disclose necessary information when required by applicable law, court orders, or government enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

Account Deletion Rights: You have the right to submit a deletion request at any time via the "Mine" > "Delete Account" function within the App, or by emailing us.

Data Erasure: Upon completion of the account deletion process, your personal identity data and historical conversation records will be thoroughly deleted from our operating database or rendered irreversibly anonymized, and will no longer be stored within the company's systems (except for audit records required to be kept by laws and regulations).

6. Amendments & Inquiries to Privacy Policy
